Privacy Policy

What we keep

• Account: an identifier of your Google or Apple account and a salted hash of your e-mail, so we recognise the same person across both providers. We store neither the plain e-mail nor passwords.
• Profile and links: what you choose to publish: name, bio, images, links, theme, custom domain.
• Sessions: a device identifier and session tokens, to keep you signed in.
• Analytics: daily counts of views and clicks on your page. We keep no per-visitor records, IP addresses or visitor profiles.
• Payments: the subscription identifier at Stripe, the App Store or Google Play. Payment details stay with those providers.

Visitors of your page

Visitors of a KoreLnk page are not identified: no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics. We only count that a view or a click happened, summed per day. Embedded maps load from Google Maps when a page has a map block; Google's policy then applies.

Where and with whom

Data lives on Cloudflare's infrastructure (database, files and edge compute), acting as our processor. Sign-in providers: Google and Apple. Payments: Stripe, Apple, Google. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

For how long

As long as your account exists. When you delete it, the page, links, images and analytics are erased immediately; the account record is removed 14 days later. Sessions expire after a year without use.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data in the app or site settings. For other requests (portability, objection) or questions, write to privacy@korelnk.com. You may complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). Legal basis: performance of the contract (the service) and legitimate interest (security, aggregate statistics).
